Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about your Trimoryn purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review the terms below.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unopened or partially used in their original packaging, unless they were received damaged or defective.
2. How to request a return
Email contact@nutrafame.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no additional cost.
5. Non-refundable items
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Products with tampered or missing seals (except in cases of defect).
- Promotional or free items.
